Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
The upgrade of gear can increase its stats base and often increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations can be applied.
The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption function in PvP, and/or to provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an acquired item like a weapon, armor or ring. This swaps the current item for another of the same type with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't maintain the original item's level and any wasted resources aren't rewarded.
The surviving players can acquire Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. You can also find them in crates and chests or purchase them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of an item for example, increasing its damage.
Players can roll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack and spell power boost mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality and requires a higher-quality reroll token order to produce it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space until the next success is to be rerolled. This is a way to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of each preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they show an image and description of the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.
During the course of an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to selected Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and also those that are in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These stones are special stones which increase the value of an item by improving its stats or characteristics. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will display a list of the item's level, and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.
After choosing the item to upgrade, the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level a certain percentage. Based on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take anywhere from seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item. This is an excellent choice for those who want to gain an advantage in combat but don't want to spend a lot of money. Additionally players can transfer experience and advancement of an upgraded item to new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for players who are new to the game. There are a variety of methods to get them. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It's done by adding upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume the upgrade materials and grant the item a higher level, granting the item a boost in that particular area. This process can continue until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon beside their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components don't stack with each other, but can only be added to a single item at a time. Each upgrade component requires an amount of items and a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left one is where players can place an item that they wish to upgrade, and the right slot shows a preview of what the gear will look like once it is at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once the player has enough materials will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of gear can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small percentage. The maximum level for an item is 19.
When an item is at its maximum level and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option of upgrading. When a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that is able to be inserted into armors, weapons trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons to give an extra effect or attribute bonus when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones. However, this can cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.
Requirements
The upgrades to items allow players the ability to boost certain attributes of weapons and armor they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the item type however, generally you'll require Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them more effects or an improved level of the item. The upgrades can be acquired through a variety of sources in the game, including through crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once item upgrades has been placed in an item it isn't able to be removed or substituted without restriction, however glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without restrictions.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components have additional modifiers which can further improve the item's stats.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance to block. Additionally the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but they are not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they achieve a perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly coveted by melee PvP communities and could be worth as much as 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.
The game will highlight the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. These include the type of item (either Weapon or Armor), the tier of that item and the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will put an item in your inventory once you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how far you are to getting the upgrade completed. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
